A Pilates practitioner shows the BendyBar's adjustable hand grips, how a bending bar differs from a rigid pole, and the Light and larger resistance bars.
Okay, so here we go. This is the BendyBar. And you can see it is about my height, which I'm almost 5 foot. And we've got the hand grips that go in and out, which I absolutely love because when you put your arms wider, right, it's going to help to access the center of your body, your shoulders, your torso, right? Your hips, things like that. So when the arms are wider, it's going to give that access to the middle. So I love that you have the option with this. And as you become more advanced on certain exercises, you can bring your hands together. Now, in Pilates, we use poles a lot, but they don't bend, which is what drew me to this, because if we can have the resistance of the bar while we're doing things, it's going to be that much more likely that you'll be able to access through the center of the body. And you can see I'm pulling back on the bar. There's different resistances that the bars give for BendyBar. There's a light and a larger one.
