30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your BendyBar. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it — unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging with all included components and accessories
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at info@bendyfit.com. Please do not send items back without first initiating a return with our team — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@bendyfit.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items not in their original, unused condition
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale items purchased at a discounted price
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
If you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return, please reach out before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item. We do not hold inventory for exchanges.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. Your item must still be in the same condition as received — unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund — this is outside our control.
