    What a system actually gives you

    Every bar in every system is the same BendyBar, an oscillating resistance bar with rubberised outer grips and sliding centre grips. What changes is resistance range, and resistance is what decides how far the bar can be loaded as you get stronger.     When a single bar is the honest answer

    If you are one person with one clear goal and nobody else will use it, buy one bar and add a level later.     Complete, $291, is the right call for most people: two levels means you can warm up light and work heavy, or two people can each train at their own resistance. Ultimate, $425, is for households, clinics and anyone who wants the whole range in one purchase and the largest saving per bar.

    What if I only need one bar?+

    Then buy one. A single BendyBar is always available on the product page and you can add a second level later. Bundles exist because most people either share the bar or outgrow their first resistance within a few months, and buying separately later costs meaningfully more.

    Can I mix resistance levels?+

    Yes. The bundle price is flat, so you can pick any combination of Light, Medium and Max at no extra cost. Medium plus Medium is the standard Complete pair; one of each is the standard Ultimate mix.

    What if it doesn't work for me?+

    Returns follow our published refund policy: eligible items can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Discounted and sale-priced items are not eligible, and damaged or incorrect items are always made right. See /refund-policy for the full terms.
